This Policy explains what information the mobile application (the “App”) collects, why it is collected, who else receives it, and what you can do about it. It applies to the App and to the services the App communicates with. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the App.
The App is provided by ABC Infinity Echo Limited (“we”, “us”), the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at any time at abcinfinityecho@gmail.com.
Instagram account access. The App lets you connect an Instagram account. Sign-in happens inside a web view that loads Instagram’s own website: you enter your credentials on Instagram’s page, and your Instagram password is never seen, transmitted or stored by us. What the App keeps is the session created by that sign-in, held in the device keychain, so the App can read the connected account on your behalf. Through that session the App reads the account’s own public profile details, its published posts and their media, and the engagement and audience statistics Instagram exposes to the account holder. The App does not read other people’s private content, does not send messages, and does not follow, unfollow or comment on your behalf.
Content you create in the App. Scheduled posts, drafts, captions, selected images and videos, planned Highlights, publishing times and reminders. This content is stored on your device.
Content processed by AI features. When you ask the App to write or rewrite a caption, or to generate a content plan, the following is sent to our servers over HTTPS and passed on to third-party AI model providers: the caption text you supply, up to three compressed still frames of the post being described, the writing-style profile derived on your device from your own past captions, the post format, and the language to answer in. These features are optional — the App is usable without them, and nothing is sent until you tap the button that starts them.
Device and installation data. On first launch the App generates a random installation identifier and stores it in the device keychain. It is used to obtain a session token from our servers so the App can call them. It is not your name, your email or your Instagram username, and it is discarded when you delete your data or uninstall the App.
Purchases. Subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store. Payment is handled entirely by Apple: we never receive or store your card number, billing address or Apple ID credentials. We receive the subscription’s status from Apple — whether it is active, when it renews, whether a free trial applied, and whether it was cancelled or refunded — so the App knows what you are entitled to.
Automatically collected analytics and attribution data. Through the third-party providers listed below, the App collects device and usage data: device model, operating-system version, language and region, app version, coarse country-level location inferred from the network address, the marketing campaign that led to the install, screens opened, features used, purchase and subscription events, and diagnostic reports if the App crashes. Where you have given permission through the system’s App Tracking Transparency prompt, this data may include the Advertising Identifier (IDFA). If you decline, the identifier is not read and the providers are informed that tracking was not permitted.
Support requests. If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to put in the message.
Our legal bases, where the GDPR applies, are the performance of our contract with you (providing the App and your subscription), your consent (tracking, notifications, and each AI request you start), and our legitimate interest in a working, secure and improvable product.
We share data only with the providers that make the App work, and only with what each of them needs:
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with data brokers.
Beyond the providers above, we disclose information only where the law requires it — a valid legal request, a court order, an investigation of fraud or abuse — or where it is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others. If our business is transferred to another company, this Policy travels with the data, and you will be told before anything changes.
Everything the App sends travels over encrypted HTTPS connections. Session cookies, tokens and the installation identifier are held in the device keychain, protected by the operating system. Your planned posts, drafts, media selections and saved statistics live on your device.
Caption and plan requests are processed to produce a result and are not used to build a profile of you. Analytics and attribution data is retained by each provider under its own retention schedule. Deleting the App from your device removes the local data with it; the in-app “Delete my data” action clears the stored data and disconnects the connected account without waiting for an uninstall.
The providers listed above operate globally, so your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer relies on the safeguards those providers put in place, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable form, and to withdraw a consent you have given. You can withdraw tracking consent at any time in the system settings for the App, turn notifications off in the same place, disconnect an Instagram account inside the App, and erase local data with “Delete my data”. To exercise any other right, write to abcinfinityecho@gmail.com. We answer within the period the applicable law allows, and you may complain to your local data-protection authority if you are not satisfied.
The App is not directed to children. It is intended for users aged 13 and over, in line with the minimum age of the social network it connects to. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13; if we learn that we have, we delete it. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided us with data can write to us at the address above.
The App opens Instagram’s website for sign-in and may link to other external pages. Those services are governed by their own privacy policies, not by this one.
We may update this Policy as the App changes. The date at the top always shows the current version, and material changes will be brought to your attention in the App before they take effect. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
